All Terrain Warriors have a comprehensive workshop and trained staff that can cope with most mine safety requirements to suit specific client needs. Along with standard features of each vehicle, commonly requested options are:

Optional All Terrain Warriors Vehicle Features:

• Stainless steel bus module base frame — recommended for extreme corrosive environments such as beach or coal mine sites.
• Standard RearBoot — supplied with LED lighting, Fuso tools mounted, sealed and can be hosed out. Fits behind & under the rear row of seats. Rear window is retained. Approximately 1 cubic metre.
• Walk-in Rear Boot — supplied with a pull-out ladder for entry, full height, 2 x heavy duty shelves, LED lighting, Fuso tools mounted, sealed and can be hosed out. Replaces at least one row of seats and rear window is lost. Can be fitted with optional power outlets for portable refrigeration, etc. and suitable for carrying general luggage or hand tools such as shovels, generators, etc Approximately 4.0 cubic metres. Includes the fitting of an extra emergency exit / roof hatch in the aisle way in order to comply with ADR requirements.
• ATW Parabolic Suspension System with 4 x ATW Shockabsorbers. Extremely heavy duty and offers very comfortable ride. No chassis modification required as this is a bolt-in kit . All leafs are the same to simplify repairs.
• Automatic electric door — Driver operated from cab. Fitted with emergency release.
• Electric step — Works in conjunction with door. Very heavy duty with treadmesh step and all stainless steel construction with IP66 actuator.
• Custom Alloy bullbar — Powder-coated black with heavy-duty tow pin. These are the preferred type of bar as they are fully airbag compatible, place less stress on the front chassis than overbuilt steel bars and provide the safest recovery / tow point possible.
• Stainless steel seat base frames.

Optional "BMA Spec" Mine Features:

• Single View reverse Camera / Monitor.
• Single-pole, lock-out, Battery Isolator (Red).
• Single-pole, lock-out, Starter Isolator (Yellow).
• Internal & external "Emergency Engine Stop" buttons.
• Jump-start receptacle.
• Handbrake Warning Module.
• "Key On / Lights On" Module.
• Entry steps and handles coloured "Safety Yellow".
• Portable first aid station to suit up to 21 persons mounted on a custom wall bracket.
• Maximum height indication / sticker.
• Tyre pressure indication / sticker at each wheel.
• 60kph or 80kph Speed Limiter with keyed lock-out function.
• Large wheel chocks with chassis bracket.
• Reflective yellow tape.
• Wheel nut indicators.
• "White noise cancelling" reverse squawker.

Optional NSW Coal Mine Features:

• Roof-mounted 100 watt driving lights connected to high beam.
• Double-view reverse camera with a split-screen, dash-mounted monitor. One view looks back to traffic behind and a second view looks down directly at the rear of the vehicle to ensure no blind spots. Works in very low light conditions.
• Heating in bus module. Suitable for colder climates.
• 3 x Reflective safety triangles fitted in a custom bracket in boot.
• Relocation of Fuso air-conditioning condenser to a more protected location.
• Double-pole, lock-out, Battery Isolator (Red).

Optional Underground MD15 Features:

• All Fuso fuel lines, hose clips and water trap / plastic bowl replaced with stainless steel braided hoses, JIS fittings, and Waterscan with metal bowl.
• Transfer case wiring re-routed.
• "Lever-style", pressure relief, radiator cap.
• Passenger-operated, swing-out, entry step.
• Mirror-mounted 100 watt reverse lights.
• Full steel scrub bar protection over cab and bus body.
• Double-view, camera system.
• Externally-mounted, 9kg fire extinguisher.
• Catalytic Converter System.
• "Fail to Safe" braking systems or retarders.
