Absolute five star accommodation in a super tough composite rear motorhome body.......all hand built using the same techniques, construction methods and materials as used in the finest luxury yachts. Leather seating, stainless trim, granite-look benches, soft-shut drawers, walk around queen-size bed, air-conditioning, large ensuite with separate shower cubicle and a flushing macerator toilet. The Commando by All Terrain Warriors is as good as it gets for long term or permanent outback touring for 2 persons.

A large 5.2 m long x 2.4m wide rear body that is purposely shaped to reduce upper damage from trees and with all underbody skirts tucked up out of the way to maximise ground clearance. We believe this is the maximum size a useful 4x4 should be. Anything bigger and access into tight terrain will be restricted due to increased height, ramp over angles and turning circle. From experience, the bigger a vehicle is, the fewer places they will get you but our Commando’s have already accessed some of the most remote tracks in Australia such as the Anne Beadell Highway, Simpson Desert and the Kimberlies.

The Commando is perfectly suited to larger 4x4 chassis such as MAN TGM, Hino GT or Isuzu FSS / FTS where water , fuel capacity and heavier accessories are virtually unrestricted........... a big 4x4 exploration vehicle that has the grunt to haul this body over any terrain, for medium to heavy 4x4 use. Alternatively, the Commando can also be fitted to the more economical and smaller 6-ton GVM Fuso FG84 or Isuzu NPS with a chassis stretched to create a 4000 mm wheelbase.............in this format, it’s a great tourer, very comfortable and roomy, for soft to medium 4x4 use.

Beautifully moulded interior furniture with a good user-friendly layout and excellent reports from the owners. The trick here was to get everything to fit into the most compact space that was possible and we have achieved just that. Forward seating arrangement can be tailor made built to the owner’s preference. A 1200 mm high passageway allows even easier access between the truck cabin and living quarters and our options list is almost limitless.....We have already built these with auto sat / tvs, double automated awnings, Powermakers, hydraulic trailbike racks, large freezers, gun safes, external bbq’s, boat racks, etc.
