Breaking News! After more than 2 years of intense research and development ATW is proud to announce the soon release of our ground breaking Parabolic Suspension Systems to suit all FUSO FG & Current ISUZU NPS series trucks – another world first.
In the past we had always sought to improve the ride in anyway we could but ultimately we were still left with this 100 year old technology. The best option to date had been to extend the length of the multi leaf spring packs in order to provide more “flex” and less restricted axle movement. Our Fuso FG coil conversion also addresses this situation but both these styles of modifications require a high level of fabrication to the existing OEM Chassis’s. A simpler alternative needed to be found for majority of our customers.
ATW therefore launched into a dedicated Research & Development program to develop the ultimate bolt-in 4x4 Parabolic Suspension Conversion to suit all FUSO FG series trucks and the current version of the Isuzu NPS series. Older Isuzu NPS models will also be catered for with slight modifications. We are currently testing the final prototypes on 6 vehicles. Anyone interested in this conversion, we are now taking names and early orders due to large responses of this conversion. For our contact details click here…
The above 2 pictures are the worlds first set of production Parabolic Springs being fitted to a current model Isuzu NPS 300. As there are no Parabolic Spring Manufacturers in the southern hemisphere, everyone of these springs had to be manufactured over sea's to our specific requirements and design specifications. 30-08-2011 - We are happy to annouce we put one of our vehicles through some pretty tough terrain testing our new suspension system today. As expected the Parabolics performed brilliantly and was quiet exciting being able to finally see them at work. We tackled rough gravel roads with tremendous pot holes, big ditches and gutters and could barely feel anything what so ever. What a fantastic day with great results, more to come tomorrow. |
